One of our most important field teams. Housekeeping ensures our homes are clean, safe, and ready for guests. You'll need the grit to scrub kitchen floors and the professionalism to welcome guests and owners with a smile. We beat the competition on wages and shift availability.
Pristine cleaning of all living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms
Restocking supplies and amenities between stays
Reporting maintenance issues promptly
Professional, courteous conduct with guests and owners at all times
Maintenance Team
Our maintenance team keeps the properties running. You'll handle everything from minor repairs to coordinating with vendors on larger projects. Attention to detail and a calm, problem-solving attitude are a must.
Routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting
Coordinating with outside contractors when needed
On-call availability during peak seasons
Office Coordinator
The glue that holds the operation together. You'll support reservations, guest communications, owner relations, and day-to-day office tasks. Strong organizational skills and a friendly phone manner are essential.
