Blue Ridge Sunrise is an exquisite mountain home with private suites, a game room, high-speed internet, a fire pit, resort amenities, proximity to additional activities, a PRIVATE HOT TUB, and much more! The views from the property are pleasing and visible from every room. You will especially enjoy the sunrises, though the sunsets are amazing too. You will not even have to leave the resort! The Lake Lure/Chimney Rock area and surrounding communities offer additional activities if you do. With all this magazine-worthy home offers, you and your family and/or friends (sorry, no four-legged guests) will surely enjoy your stay at Blue Ridge Sunrise. This home is 10.5 miles to the Beach at Lake Lure, 11.5 miles to Chimney Rock State Park, and 20.3 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC).

Great Gathering and Entertainment Spaces

This beautiful resort home has 3 bedrooms (each with deck access), 3 full baths, 1 half bath, and can comfortably sleep 8 (occupancy is 10, with comfortable sofas). Its open floor plan and 3 levels make it convenient for a family group and equally nice for 3 couples traveling together.

While there are private spaces, the home also offers ample spaces to gather. The loft above the main living area offers a comfortable sofa and oversized lounge chair with an ottoman, a 55" television, and a large sun deck.

The kitchen is perfect for gathering with a large granite-top island, custom cabinetry, and a 24" TV for the morning news and coffee. The dining table seats 6, and there is additional seating at the kitchen counter. Get your family and friends cooking together in the gourmet kitchen, or head out to the large patio to grill under the stars (the gas grill is near the back entry for easy access to the kitchen).

The lower-level entertainment room has a ping pong table, foosball table, darts, mini-fridge, and a comfortable leather sectional sofa facing an entertainment center with a 50" TV, DVD player, Xbox, and more. If you prefer, relax on the deck, enjoy the sounds of nature, and take in the incredible views. With this house, you get even more!

Perfect Getaway for Every Season: This home is perfect for every season! Spring brings the blooms of dogwood trees and mountain laurel. Visit in the summer when the weather is perfect, nearly all the time. The stunning array of colors in autumn is legendary. With the absence of leaves on the trees, winter offers broader views.
